Zero trust architecture
Stop trusting the network. Verify every request instead.
We design and implement zero trust architectures where every user, device, and service must prove who it is before it gets access, and then only to what it needs. A single stolen password or compromised laptop no longer opens the door to everything.
- Strong identity and MFA
- Device health checks
- Micro-segmentation
- Least-privilege access
A different security model
The office firewall is no longer the edge of your business.
Your people work from home, cafés, and client sites. Your applications run across several clouds and SaaS tools. Your services talk to each other over networks you do not fully control. The old idea of a trusted internal network, protected by a strong outer wall, simply does not match how modern businesses operate.
Zero trust replaces that assumption with continuous verification. Access decisions are based on who is asking, from which device, for what resource, and in what context, every time. We help you adopt this model step by step, starting with identity and your most sensitive systems, so security improves steadily without bringing daily work to a halt.
What we deliver
The building blocks of zero trust.
Zero trust is a set of connected controls rather than a single product. We design and implement each one to fit your environment.
01 Zero trust assessment and roadmap +
- Maturity assessment
- NIST SP 800-207
- Roadmap
- Quick wins
We assess your current identity, device, network, and application controls and lay out a phased plan towards zero trust.
02 Identity and single sign-on +
- SSO
- SAML
- OIDC
- Identity provider
- Lifecycle automation
A single, authoritative identity provider with SSO across your applications, so access is granted and revoked in one place.
03 Multi-factor and phishing-resistant authentication +
- MFA
- Passkeys
- FIDO2
- Conditional access
MFA rolled out across users and admins, moving towards passkeys and hardware keys for the most sensitive accounts.
04 Device trust +
- Device management
- Posture checks
- Encryption
- Compliance policies
Access policies that check whether a device is managed, encrypted, and up to date before granting access to company data.
05 Micro-segmentation +
- Segmentation
- Network policies
- Security groups
- East-west traffic
Networks and workloads divided into small zones with explicit rules, limiting how far an attacker can move after a compromise.
06 Least-privilege and privileged access +
- RBAC
- Just-in-time access
- PAM
- Access reviews
Role-based permissions, just-in-time admin rights, and regular access reviews so nobody holds more access than they need.
07 Zero trust network access +
- ZTNA
- VPN replacement
- Identity-aware proxy
- Remote access
Replace broad VPN access with application-level access brokered by identity and context.
08 Service-to-service security +
- mTLS
- Service mesh
- Workload identity
- Secrets management
Mutual TLS, workload identity, and short-lived credentials so internal services authenticate each other too.
What you gain
Smaller blast radius, safer remote work.
-
Stolen passwords matter less
Strong MFA and device checks stop most credential-based attacks.
-
Contained incidents
Segmentation limits an attacker to a small part of your environment.
-
Secure work from anywhere
Staff reach the apps they need safely, without a fragile VPN.
-
Tighter access control
Permissions match roles and are reviewed, not accumulated over years.
-
Better visibility
Every access decision is logged, giving you a clear audit trail.

How we work
Zero trust, one practical step at a time.
-
01
Assess
We map users, devices, applications, and data flows, and identify your most valuable and exposed assets.
-
02
Design
We define the target architecture, access policies, and a phased roadmap with clear priorities.
-
03
Implement
We roll out identity, MFA, device trust, and segmentation in pilots, then expand with your approval.
-
04
Monitor and refine
We review logs and access patterns, tighten policies, and extend coverage over time.

Book a call →Is zero trust a product we can buy? + −
No. Zero trust is an approach that combines identity, device, network, and application controls. Several products help, but the value comes from designing them to work together with consistent policies, which is where we focus.
Where should we start? + −
For most organisations, the best first steps are a single identity provider with SSO, MFA for everyone, and stricter control of admin accounts. These give large security gains quickly and lay the groundwork for the rest.
Will zero trust make life harder for our staff? + −
Done well, it often makes things easier: one sign-on instead of many passwords, no clunky VPN, and fewer prompts on trusted devices. We pilot changes with real users before rolling them out widely.
How long does a zero trust programme take? + −
Initial improvements such as SSO and MFA can be in place within a few weeks. A fuller rollout including device trust and segmentation typically takes three to twelve months, depending on the size and complexity of your environment.
Do we need to replace our existing tools? + −
Rarely all of them. We start with what you already have, such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace identity and your cloud provider's native controls, and add new tools only where there is a clear gap.
Does zero trust apply to our applications and APIs too? + −
Yes. Services should authenticate each other with workload identity, mutual TLS, and short-lived credentials, rather than trusting anything on the internal network. We design this alongside user access.
