VPN development
Build a fast, private VPN your users can rely on.
We design and build custom VPN products and secure networking platforms, from the protocol layer to the apps in your users' hands. Whether you are launching a consumer privacy service or connecting a distributed workforce, we build it to be fast, stable, and private by design.
- WireGuard, OpenVPN, and IKEv2
- iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and Linux
- Scalable server fleet and orchestration
- Privacy-first, no-logs architecture
Secure networking, built properly
A VPN is only as trustworthy as its engineering.
People choose a VPN to protect their privacy on public Wi-Fi, to secure remote access to company systems, or to keep their browsing away from prying eyes. That trust is easily broken by DNS leaks, unstable reconnections, weak key handling, or servers quietly storing more than they should.
We build VPN products end to end: native client apps, the control plane that issues and rotates credentials, and the server infrastructure that carries the traffic. Privacy is designed into the architecture rather than promised in a policy, and every component is built for legitimate privacy and business networking use.

- Multi-region
Automated provisioning, health checks, load balancing, and smart server selection across regions and hosting providers.
04 No-logs privacy architecture +
- No-logs
- Data minimisation
- RAM-only servers
- Privacy by design
Systems designed to keep no activity logs, minimise connection data, and run servers from RAM where appropriate, so there is little to expose.
05 Leak protection and kill switch +
- Kill switch
- DNS leak protection
- IPv6
- Network changes
DNS and IPv6 leak protection, a reliable kill switch, and careful handling of network changes so traffic never slips outside the tunnel.
06 Authentication and key management +
- Key rotation
- Certificates
- Device management
- API
Secure account sign-in, device limits, and automated issuing and rotation of keys and certificates through a hardened control plane.
07 Business and remote-access VPN +
- Remote access
- Site-to-site
- Split tunnelling
- SSO
Private networking for teams: secure access to internal systems, split tunnelling, and integration with your identity provider.
08 Security testing and app store readiness +
- Security testing
- App Store
- Google Play
- Release support
Independent-style testing of apps and servers, plus guidance through the platform review rules that apply to VPN apps.

How we work
From protocol choice to public launch.
-
01
Define
We clarify your users, platforms, privacy commitments, and target regions, and agree the architecture.
-
02
Prototype
We build a working tunnel and core client early to validate performance and reliability on real networks.
-
03
Build and harden
We complete the apps, control plane, and server fleet, then test for leaks, stability, and security.
-
04
Launch and scale
We support store submission and go-live, then monitor, update, and grow the infrastructure with you.

Talk to an expert
Tell us what you are working on. A senior engineer will reply with honest advice and a suggested next step.
Book a call →Which VPN protocol should we use? + −
For most new products, WireGuard is the default for its speed and small codebase. OpenVPN remains useful for compatibility, and IKEv2 is strong on mobile. Many products support more than one, and we help you choose based on your users and platforms.
How long does it take to build a VPN product? + −
A focused first version with apps for two or three platforms and a core server fleet typically takes three to six months. Broader platform coverage and business features extend that, and we agree milestones up front.
Can you build a genuine no-logs VPN? + −
Yes. We design the system so activity is never recorded and connection data is kept to the minimum needed to run the service. We document exactly what is and is not stored, so your privacy policy matches the engineering.
Can you build a VPN for our internal team rather than consumers? + −
Yes. We build remote-access and site-to-site solutions that connect staff to internal systems, integrate with your identity provider, and support policies such as split tunnelling.
Will the apps be accepted by the App Store and Google Play? + −
Both stores have specific rules for VPN apps, including requirements around the publishing entity and data use. We build to those rules and guide you through submission, though final approval rests with the store.
Who owns the code and infrastructure? + −
You do. On full payment, the source code, configuration, and infrastructure definitions belong to you, as set out in the statement of work.
