Systems integration
Make your systems work as one, not as a collection of islands.
We connect the software your business depends on so data flows automatically, accurately, and securely between them. No more re-keying, overnight spreadsheets, or reports that disagree.
- ERP, CRM, and payments
- APIs and middleware
- Real-time and batch sync
- Monitored and recoverable
Why integration matters
Disconnected systems quietly cost you every day.
When your sales, finance, operations, and customer systems do not talk to each other, people fill the gaps by hand. Orders get typed twice, stock levels drift, invoices go out late, and nobody is quite sure which figure is correct. The cost rarely shows up on a single line, but it adds up across every team.
Agleam Labs designs integrations that are dependable rather than merely connected. We define a clear source of truth for each piece of data, build interfaces that handle failures gracefully, and add monitoring so problems are caught and replayed before anyone notices. The result is a joined-up business that can add new tools without another tangle.
Integration services
Connections built to be trusted.
From a single payment gateway to an enterprise-wide integration layer, we design for accuracy, resilience, and change.
01 Integration architecture +
- System mapping
- Data ownership
- Pattern selection
- Roadmap
A map of your systems, data ownership, and flows, with the right pattern chosen for each: direct API, middleware, events, or batch.
02 ERP and CRM integration +
- ERP
- CRM
- Order sync
- Customer data
- Invoicing
Two-way connections between your ERP, CRM, and line-of-business tools so customers, orders, products, and invoices stay consistent.
03 Payment and finance integration +
- Payment gateways
- Reconciliation
- Accounting sync
- Audit trail
Payment gateways, banking feeds, and accounting systems connected with reconciliation, idempotency, and a full audit trail.
04 API design and development +
- REST
- GraphQL
- OpenAPI
- Versioning
- API security
Well-documented REST and GraphQL APIs that expose your systems safely to partners, apps, and internal teams.
05 Middleware and iPaaS +
- iPaaS
- Message brokers
- Transformation
- Routing
Integration platforms and custom middleware that centralise transformation, routing, and error handling instead of scattering it across systems.
06 Event-driven integration +
- Event streaming
- Queues
- Pub/sub
- Webhooks
- Retries
Queues and event streams that let systems react to changes in near real time while staying loosely coupled and independently deployable.
07 Data synchronisation +
- Change data capture
- ETL
- Conflict handling
- Validation
Scheduled and real-time sync between databases and applications, with conflict handling and validation that keep records accurate.
08 Integration monitoring and support +
- Alerting
- Message tracing
- Dead-letter queues
- Replay
Dashboards, alerts, and replay tools that show every message, flag failures early, and let issues be fixed without data loss.
What you gain
One version of the truth.
-
No more double entry
Data entered once flows everywhere it is needed.
-
Reports that agree
Every team works from the same, up-to-date figures.
-
Faster processes
Orders, payments, and updates move in minutes, not days.
-
Easy to extend
New tools plug into a clean integration layer instead of another custom link.
-
Failures handled
Retries, alerts, and replay mean a dropped connection does not mean lost data.

How we work
From tangled to connected.
-
01
Map
We inventory your systems, data, and manual workarounds, and identify where integration adds the most value.
-
02
Design
We agree data ownership, integration patterns, error handling, and security for each flow.
-
03
Build and test
We build connectors and middleware, then test with realistic data, edge cases, and failure scenarios.
-
04
Run and monitor
We launch with monitoring and alerting, and support the integrations as your systems evolve.

Talk to an expert
Tell us what you are working on. A senior engineer will reply with honest advice and a suggested next step.
Book a call →Can you integrate systems that do not have an API? + −
Often, yes. Depending on the system we can use database access, file exchange, vendor connectors, or carefully built adapters. We will tell you honestly how reliable each option is.
Should we use an integration platform or custom code? + −
It depends on the number of systems, the complexity of the logic, and your budget. An iPaaS suits many standard connections, while custom middleware is better for unusual systems or heavy volumes. We often combine both.
What happens when one of the connected systems goes down? + −
Messages are queued and retried, failures are logged and alerted, and anything that cannot be processed goes to a holding area where it can be inspected and replayed once the problem is fixed.
How do you keep integrated data secure? + −
We encrypt data in transit, store credentials in secrets managers, apply least-privilege access to each connection, and log activity so every exchange can be audited.
How long does an integration project take? + −
A single, well-documented connection can take a few weeks. A broader integration programme across several systems typically runs from two to six months and is delivered flow by flow.
Can you support our integrations after launch? + −
Yes. We can monitor flows, handle failures, and update connectors when vendors change their APIs, under a support plan with agreed response times.
