Web3 DevOps
Web3 infrastructure that stays in sync and online.
We deploy, monitor, and scale the infrastructure behind blockchain products: nodes, RPC endpoints, indexers, and key management. Our DevOps practice brings long experience running production systems to the particular demands of Web3.
- Self-hosted and managed nodes
- Resilient RPC endpoints
- Indexers and data pipelines
- Secure key management
Our Web3 operations practice
Blockchain products fail at the infrastructure layer first.
Users rarely see a smart contract fail. What they see is a wallet that will not load, a balance that is minutes out of date, or a transaction stuck because an RPC endpoint fell behind the chain. These are infrastructure problems, and they need the same operational discipline as any other production system.
We bring that discipline to Web3. Nodes and indexers are defined in code, spread across providers and regions, and watched for sync lag, peer health, and disk growth. Signing keys live in HSMs or MPC systems with tight access policies. Deployments of contracts and services go through reviewed, automated pipelines.

- Post-incident reviews
Runbooks, backups, snapshot recovery, and on-call processes so outages are short and well handled.
What you gain
Infrastructure that keeps pace with the chain.
-
Higher availability
Redundant nodes and failover keep your product responsive when a provider stumbles.
-
Fresh data
Sync and indexing lag monitored, so users see up-to-date balances and history.
-
Protected keys
Signing keys held in hardened systems with clear approval rules.
-
Repeatable releases
Automated, reviewed deployments for contracts and services alike.
-
Predictable costs
Visibility into node, storage, and RPC spending, with room to optimise.

Tell us what you are working on. A senior engineer will reply with honest advice and a suggested next step.
Book a call →Should we run our own nodes or use an RPC provider? + −
Often a mix works best. Third-party providers are quick to start with, while self-hosted nodes give more control, privacy, and predictable costs at scale. We usually combine both with failover between them.
Which chains can you run nodes for? + −
Ethereum and EVM-compatible networks, common Layer 2 networks, Solana, and Cosmos-based chains, among others. We confirm hardware and operational needs for each chain during planning.
How do you keep signing keys safe? + −
We use HSMs, MPC services, or cloud KMS with strict access policies, approvals, and audit logging, and avoid keeping keys on application servers. No setup can be guaranteed secure, so we also plan rotation and incident procedures.
Can you take over infrastructure another team built? + −
Yes. We start with a review, document what exists, then codify and improve it in stages without disrupting your users.
Do you provide ongoing monitoring and support? + −
Yes. We can operate your Web3 infrastructure day to day, including monitoring, upgrades, incident response, and capacity planning, with a support arrangement agreed in advance.
Can you run validators for us? + −
We can design and operate validator infrastructure with careful key handling and slashing protection. Staking on behalf of others can carry legal and regulatory implications that vary by jurisdiction, so confirm these with your legal advisers.
