Token development

Tokens designed for a job, not just a launch.

We design and build tokens that do something useful inside your product, from access and rewards to ownership of real-world assets. Tokenomics, contracts, vesting, and distribution are planned together so the token works as intended long after day one.

  • Fungible tokens and NFTs
  • Real-world asset tokenisation
  • Vesting and distribution contracts
  • Utility-led tokenomics design

Utility first

A token should have a reason to exist.

Most token problems start with the question asked first. Instead of 'how many tokens should we mint?', we begin with 'what will people use this token for?' Access rights, governance, rewards, payments, or a claim on an underlying asset each lead to very different supply, distribution, and contract designs.

Once the purpose is clear, we model supply and flows, write the contracts on established standards, and build the tools to distribute and manage them: vesting schedules, claim portals, allowlists, and admin dashboards. We design for clarity and fairness, and we never make promises about price or returns.

Token services

Everything a well-built token needs.

Design, contracts, distribution, and management tools delivered as one coherent system.

01 Tokenomics design +
  • Supply modelling
  • Allocation
  • Emission schedules
  • Utility mapping

Supply, allocation, emission, and utility models built around how the token is actually used, with scenarios to test the design.

02 Fungible token development +
  • ERC-20
  • SPL
  • Governance tokens
  • Mint and burn
  • Permit

Utility, governance, and reward tokens on established standards, with mint, burn, and permission controls you can explain to users.

03 NFT collections and platforms +
  • ERC-721
  • ERC-1155
  • IPFS
  • Royalties
  • Minting sites

NFT contracts, metadata pipelines, minting sites, and royalty support for collectibles, memberships, tickets, and certificates.

04 Real-world asset tokenisation +
  • Asset tokenisation
  • Transfer restrictions
  • Allowlists
  • ERC-3643

Tokens representing property, funds, invoices, or commodities, with transfer restrictions and investor allowlists where rules require them.

05 Vesting and distribution +
  • Vesting
  • Cliffs
  • Airdrops
  • Merkle claims
  • Claim portals

Vesting contracts, cliff and linear schedules, airdrops, and claim portals that deliver tokens to the right people at the right time.

06 Token management dashboards +
  • Admin dashboards
  • Holder reports
  • Treasury
  • Multisig

Admin tools for allocation tracking, holder reporting, treasury management, and controlled operations behind multisig approval.

07 Multi-chain and bridged tokens +
  • Multi-chain
  • Bridges
  • Supply accounting
  • Layer 2

Token deployments across several networks with a clear plan for bridging, supply accounting, and the risks each bridge brings.

What you gain

A token with a clear purpose and clean mechanics.

  • Utility you can explain

A clear role for the token inside your product, written in plain language.

  • Considered supply

Allocation and emission modelled before launch, not adjusted in a panic afterwards.

  • Fair, scheduled release

Vesting and claims enforced in code, visible to every holder.

  • Controlled administration

Sensitive operations protected by multisig and clear governance.

  • Transparent reporting

Dashboards that show where tokens are and how they move.

How we work

From token idea to distribution.

See our full process
  1. 01

    Define utility

We agree what the token does, who holds it, and the rules it must follow.

  2. 02

    Model and design

We model supply, allocation, and vesting, and document the contract architecture.

  3. 03

    Build and verify

We write and test the contracts and tools, and support the independent audit you commission.

  4. 04

    Launch and manage

We deploy, run distribution, and hand over dashboards for day-to-day management.

What types of tokens can you build? +

Fungible utility, reward, and governance tokens, NFTs for collectibles, memberships, and certificates, and tokens representing real-world assets such as property or fund units, on Ethereum, EVM networks, and Solana.

Can you help design our tokenomics? +

Yes. We model supply, allocation, emissions, and vesting around the token's actual utility and test the design under different scenarios. We do not forecast prices or promise financial outcomes.

What is asset tokenisation? +

It means representing ownership or rights in an asset, such as property or invoices, as tokens on a blockchain. This often brings securities and investor rules into play, so we build in transfer restrictions where needed and work alongside your legal advisers.

Is our token a security? +

That is a legal question that depends on the token's design and the jurisdictions involved. Rules vary widely, so the classification must be confirmed with your legal advisers. We can adapt the design and contracts to their guidance.

How are vesting schedules enforced? +

Through vesting contracts that release tokens on a defined schedule, such as a cliff followed by linear release. Holders can verify their schedule on-chain, and no one can release tokens early outside the agreed rules.

Will the token contracts be audited? +

We strongly recommend an independent third-party audit before launch and arrange it with you. We prepare documentation and tests for the auditor and fix any findings.
