DevSecOps

Security that moves at the speed of your releases.

We build security checks directly into your delivery pipelines, so every commit, image, and infrastructure change is tested before it ships. Your developers get fast, relevant feedback, and your releases keep their pace.

  • Code and dependency scanning in CI
  • Secrets detection and management
  • Infrastructure-as-code and container checks
  • Policy as code with clear gates

Shift security left

Make the secure way the easy way.

When security only happens at the end of a project, it becomes a bottleneck: a long list of findings lands just before release, and teams must choose between shipping late or shipping with known risks. Automated checks that run on every change remove that trade-off.

Our DevOps engineers have built and run delivery pipelines for many years, so we add security in a way developers actually accept. Scans are fast, tuned to your stack, and wired to clear rules about what blocks a release and what simply raises a ticket.

What we deliver

Security controls woven into every stage of delivery.

From the developer's laptop to production, each step checks for the risks that belong there.

01 Pipeline security scanning +
  • SAST
  • SCA
  • Pull request checks
  • CI integration

SAST and dependency scans added to your CI with results surfaced in pull requests, not buried in a separate portal.

02 Secrets detection and management +
  • Secret scanning
  • Pre-commit hooks
  • Vault
  • Key rotation

Pre-commit and pipeline checks that catch leaked keys, plus a proper secrets manager so credentials never live in code again.

03 Infrastructure-as-code scanning +
  • Terraform
  • Checkov
  • tfsec
  • Kubernetes manifests

Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep, and Kubernetes manifests checked for insecure settings before they are applied.

04 Container and image security +
  • Image scanning
  • Trivy
  • Image signing
  • Minimal images

Minimal base images, vulnerability scanning in the registry, and signed images so only trusted builds reach your clusters.

05 Policy as code +
  • Open Policy Agent
  • Kyverno
  • Admission control
  • Guardrails

Security and compliance rules written as code and enforced automatically in pipelines and clusters, with clear exceptions when needed.

06 Software supply-chain security +
  • SBOM
  • Provenance
  • Branch protection
  • Artefact signing

Protected branches, signed commits, provenance for build artefacts, and SBOMs that show exactly what went into each release.

07 Security gates and reporting +
  • Release gates
  • Dashboards
  • Metrics
  • Exceptions

Agreed thresholds for what blocks a release, with dashboards that show open issues, trends, and time to fix.

What you gain

Speed and security, without choosing between them.

  • Fast feedback

Developers see security issues minutes after pushing code.

  • No leaked secrets

Credentials caught before they reach a repository or image.

  • Consistent controls

The same checks run on every change, every time.

  • Measurable progress

Clear metrics on open issues and how quickly they are fixed.

  • Audit-ready trail

Evidence of every check, approval, and release, ready when asked.

  1. 01

    Review

We map your repositories, pipelines, environments, and current controls, and identify the biggest gaps.

  2. 02

    Integrate

We add scanning, secrets protection, and IaC and container checks to your existing pipelines.

  3. 03

    Enforce

We agree release gates and policies as code, starting with high-impact rules and tightening gradually.

  4. 04

    Improve

We track metrics, tune rules, and coach your team so the practice matures over time.

Will security checks slow down our pipeline? +

Very little when set up well. We run fast checks on every commit, heavier scans in parallel or on a schedule, and cache results, so most pipelines gain only a few minutes.

Do we have to change our CI/CD platform? +

No. We integrate with what you already use, including GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins.

How do you avoid overwhelming developers with false positives? +

We tune rules to your languages and frameworks, suppress known-safe patterns with a clear record, and only block releases on high-confidence, high-impact findings.

What happens to secrets already committed to our repositories? +

We scan the history, help you rotate any exposed credentials, move them into a secrets manager, and add checks so it does not happen again.

How long does a DevSecOps rollout take? +

Core scanning and secrets protection can usually be added to a pipeline within two to four weeks. A fuller programme with policy as code and supply-chain controls typically runs over two to three months.

Does DevSecOps replace penetration testing? +

No. Automated checks catch many common issues continuously, but manual testing still finds logic flaws and chained attacks. The two work best together.
