Compliance and risk audits
Walk into your next audit prepared, not panicked.
We help you understand exactly what ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, GDPR, or your regulator expects, and where you currently fall short. Then we help you close the gaps and organise the evidence an auditor will ask to see.
- Gap analysis against your framework
- Risk assessment and risk register
- Policies and evidence preparation
- Technical controls implemented
Compliance with substance
Pass the audit, and be more secure because of it.
Compliance projects often stall in one of two places: teams cannot translate a framework's language into concrete tasks, or they produce policies that look fine on paper but bear no relation to how systems really run. Auditors notice both. So do attackers.
We bridge the gap between the framework and your engineering reality. Our team reads the controls, maps them to your actual systems and processes, and identifies what is missing. Because we are engineers as well as assessors, we can implement the technical controls too: logging, access reviews, encryption, backups, and change management. We do not issue certifications ourselves; we prepare you to be assessed by an accredited body or qualified auditor with confidence.

Book a call →Can Agleam Labs certify us for ISO 27001 or SOC 2? + −
No. ISO 27001 certification is issued by accredited certification bodies, and SOC 2 reports by licensed CPA firms. Our role is to get you ready: closing gaps, implementing controls, and organising evidence so your formal assessment goes smoothly.
Which framework should we pursue first? + −
It usually depends on your customers and markets. SOC 2 is common for software companies selling to North American businesses, ISO 27001 is widely recognised internationally, and PCI DSS applies if you handle card data. We help you choose based on who is asking and why.
How long does it take to become audit-ready? + −
For a small to mid-sized company with some controls already in place, preparation typically takes three to six months. Organisations starting from scratch, or with complex environments, may need longer. The gap analysis gives you a realistic estimate.
What is a risk register and why do we need one? + −
A risk register records the threats to your information, how likely and serious they are, who owns them, and what you are doing about them. Most frameworks require one, and it is also a practical tool for deciding where to invest in security.
Do you help with GDPR as well as security frameworks? + −
Yes. We review data flows, retention, lawful basis, and subject request processes, and implement supporting technical controls. For formal legal opinions, we work alongside your legal adviser.
Can you support us after the audit? + −
Yes. Many clients keep us on to run periodic risk reviews, access reviews, internal audits, and evidence collection, so the next audit cycle is easier than the first.
